Amenities include a pool, three laundry facilities, ample parking, 24-hour on-call maintenance, and an on-site leasing office. All of our Oxford West apartments have renovated kitchens and bathrooms, new windows, and ample closet space.

What sets us apart from other communities are our affordable rents, open areas, spacious apartments, and our brand new coffee shop with free Wi-Fi. Students can grab a coffee or snack, find a quiet place to study, meet other students, or even enjoy scheduled entertainment. We are also pet friendly! Located a half mile from Miami University, our apartment community has two Miami shuttle bus stops. The community is conveniently located across the street from Kroger Foods and Pharmacy, retail shopping, and restaurants.
